Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information DealPounce ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: this is a browse-only site — no account, no checkout, no newsletter — so we collect very little.

1. Information we collect

2. Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies of our own. Two kinds of cookies can appear when you use the site:

3. How we use information

We use the data above to operate and secure the website, to see which deals are popular so we can curate better ones, and to comply with the rules of the Amazon Associates Program. We do not sell, rent or trade any visitor information, and we don't use it for profiling.

4. Third-party services

If we ever add analytics or other services that change this policy, we'll update this page first.

5. Data retention

Server logs are kept for the short period our hosting provider retains them. Anonymous click counts are kept as long as they're useful for curating deals. Since neither is tied to your identity, there is nothing that could single you out to delete — but see section 7 for how to reach us with any request.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.

7. Your rights & contact

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Given how little we collect, most requests won't have matching data on our side — but we take every inquiry seriously. Write to contact@dealpounce.site with the subject "Privacy" and we'll respond.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
